摘要	将聚焦解决护理应用脑梗死偏瘫患者康复干预中，分析其护理效果及对 NIHSS 评分的影响。方法选取本院在 2021 年 5 月-2022 年 5 月期间收治的脑梗死偏瘫患者（n=66）为本次研究对象。采取随机数字表法分为参考组（n=33）及实验组（n=33），前者给予常规护理，后者在常规护理基础上采取聚焦解决护理。比较两组护理效果。结果两组生活质量对比护理后实验组高（P＜0.05）。两组 NIHSS 评分对比护理后实验组低（P＜0.05）。两组满意度比较实验组高（P＜0.05）。结论在脑梗死偏瘫患者康复干预中采取聚焦解决护理的效果显著，能够改善患者神经功能缺损情况，提升其生活质量，进而患者较为满意。建议此种护理方法在临床上推广。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the nursing effect and its influence on NIHSS score in the application offocused solution nursing in rehabilitation intervention for patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia.Methods The patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia (n=66) admitted in our hospital from May 2021 to May2022 were selected as the subjects of this study. Randomized numerical table method was used to divide thepatients into reference group (n=33) and experimental group (n=33). The former was given routine nursing care,and the latter was given focused nursing care based on routine nursing care. The nursing effects of the two groupswere compared. Results The quality of life of the two groups was higher than that of the experimental group afternursing (P<0.05). The NIHSS score of the two groups was lower than that of the experimental group after nursing(P<0.05). The satisfaction of the two groups was higher than that of the experimental group (P<0.05). ConclusionFocused nursing in rehabilitation intervention of patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia has a significanteffect, which can improve the neurological deficit of patients, improve their quality of life, and then patients aremore satisfied. It is suggested that this nursing method be popularized in clinical practice.
