协同护理对治疗老年女性骨质疏松患者的影响

摘要	分析协同护理健康引导对于老年女性骨质疏松症（OP）的护理作用。方法选择 2020 年8 月-2022 年 8 月间入院治疗的 86 例 OP 老年女性患者。随机数字表分组，A 组 43 例实行协同护理健康引导干预，B 组 43 例实行常规护理，对比应对方式、自我效能和生活质量评分。结果护理前，组间的应对方式评分、自我效能评分和生活质量评分对比无差异（P＞0.05）。护理 3 个月后，应对方式中，A 组的面对评分高于 B 组，A 组的回避与屈服评分低于 B 组（P＜0.05）。A 组的自我效能评分高于 B 组，A 组的生活质量评分高于 B 组（P＜0.05）。结论协同护理健康引导能够提升 OP 老年女性患者的应对方式与自我效能，优化其生活质量，具有较高的护理可行性。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the nursing effect of cooperative nursing health guidance on osteoporosis(OP) in elderly women. Methods 86 elderly female patients with OP admitted from August 2020 to August 2022were selected. Randomized numerical table grouping: 43 patients in group A were given cooperative nursing healthguidance intervention, and 43 patients in group B were given routine nursing care. The scores of coping style,self-efficacy and quality of life were compared. Results Before nursing, there was no difference in the scores ofcoping style, self-efficacy and quality of life between the groups (P>0.05). After 3 months of nursing, the face scoreof group A was higher than that of group B, and the avoidance and yield score of group A was lower than that ofgroup B (P<0.05). The self-efficacy score of group A was higher than that of group B, and the quality of life scoreof group A was higher than that of group B (P<0.05). Conclusion Cooperative nursing health guidance canimprove the coping style and self-efficacy of elderly women with OP, optimize their quality of life, and has highnursing feasibility.
