摘要	探讨分析标准操作规程（SOP）应用于血液净化中心护理管理中的有效性。方法研究着手时间与终止时间分别为 2021 年 6 月和 2021 年 6 月，将 2021 年 6 月-2021 年 12 月这段时间内血液净化中心接受常规护理管理模式的患者作为本次探讨对象的对照组共 40 例，并抽取 2022 年 1 月-2022 年 6 月这段时间内血液净化中心接受标准操作规程（SOP）护理管理模式的患者作为本次探讨对象的观察组共 40 例，对最终的成效结果进行相互之间的比较与分析。结果患者接受治疗过程中各项护理工作质量水平均更高的一个组别为观察组（P＜0.05）。最终所拥有的满意度相对更高的一个组别为观察组（P＜0.05）。结论通过在血液净化中心所开展的护理管理工作之中，使用 SOP 护理管理模式对患者施以相应的干预工作，能够让护理人员所提供的各项管理工作质量水平的得到有效的提升，患者对于医护人员的满意度得到有效提升。
Abstract	Objective To explore and analyze the effectiveness of standard operating procedures (SOP) innursing management of blood purification center. Methods The starting time and ending time of the study wereJune 2021 and June 2021 respectively. The patients who accepted the routine nursing management mode in theblood purification center from June 2021 to December 2021 were taken as the control group of this study, and thepatients who accepted the standard operating procedures (SOP) nursing management mode in the blood purificationcenter from January 2022 to June 2022 were taken as the observation group of this study, Compare and analyze thefinal results. Results The observation group had a higher level of nursing quality during the treatment (P<0.05).The final group with higher satisfaction was the observation group (P<0.05). Conclusion Through the use of SOPnursing management model in the nursing management work carried out in the blood purification center, thecorresponding intervention work for patients can effectively improve the quality of various management workprovided by nurses, and the satisfaction of patients with medical staff can be effectively improved.
