穴位按摩护理在糖尿病足患者中的应用分析

摘要	探究穴位按摩护理在糖尿病足患者中的临床效果和使用价值。方法选取我院收治的糖尿病足患者 96 例，将其按照随机分组法分为对照组（48 例，使用常规护理）和观察组（48 例，使用穴位按摩护理）。对两组的护理效果进行分析。结果两组患者在接受护理后均取得一定效果，但观察组在采用穴位按摩护理后，其症状积分、足部指标、血糖水平优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在糖尿病足患者护理中，采用穴位按摩护理能取得较佳的效果，可缓解其症状，促进其足部康复，降低其血糖水平。
Abstract	Objective To explore the clinical effect and value of acupoint massage in patients with diabeticfoot. Methods 96 cases of diabetic foot patients admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group(48 cases, using routine nursing) and observation group (48 cases, using acupoint massage nursing). The nursingeffect of the two groups was analyzed. Results Both groups achieved certain effects after receiving nursing care,but the observation group was better than the control group after using acupoint massage care, its symptom score,foot indexes, blood glucose level, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion In the nursingof diabetic foot patients, the use of acupoint massage nursing can achieve better results, can alleviate the symptoms,promote the rehabilitation of the foot, reduce the level of blood sugar.
