Objective To analyze the value of CT in the diagnosis of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods 48 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy admitted to our hospital from January to December2021 were the subjects of this study. All the subjects were examined by CT scanning, and the diagnostic accuracyand detection results were statistically analyzed. Results (1) There was no significant difference between thedetection rate of CT scanning and the gold standard in all subjects (P>0.05); (2) The CT scanning results of allsubjects showed that only 4 patients had no obvious stenosis of intervertebral foramen. The other 44 patients foundintervertebral foramen stenosis in different positions and degrees, and 61 narrow foramen were found, including 1C2-C3 (1.64%), 2 C3-C4 (3.28%), 13 C4-C5 (21.31%), 25 C5-C6 (40.98%), 18 C6-C7 (29.51%), and 1 C7-T1(1.64%). Conclusion In the diagnosis of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type, CT scanning can achieve highdiagnostic efficiency, and can clearly show the specific shape of the intervertebral foramen and the anatomicalrelationship with the adjacent tissue structure of the patient, so as to provide important imaging data and basis forthe diagnosis of the disease of the patient.
