早期康复护理对缺血性脑卒中偏瘫预后的影响

摘要	早期康复护理对缺血性脑卒中偏瘫预后的影响。方法选取 2021 年 6 月~2022 年 6 月我院收治的 100 例缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者，随机分为两组，对照组 50 例实施常规护理，观察组实施早期康复护理，比较两组的预后效果。结果观察组的好评率高于对照组，致残率低于对照组；护理实施后，观察组的 FMA 评分、ESCA 评分、ADL 评分以及各项生活质量指标均高于对照组，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论对缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者实施早期康复护理可提高患者的好评度，改善肢体功能、自我护理能力、日常生活活动能力，明显提升生活质量，减少致残情况，值得临床推广。
Abstract	Objective To study the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on the prognosis of hemiplegia afterischemic stroke. Methods 100 patients with ischemic stroke hemiplegia admitted to our hospital from June 2021 toJune 2022 were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (50 patients) received routine care, and theobservation group (50 patients) received early rehabilitation care. The prognosis of the two groups was compared.Results The positive rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the disability ratewas lower than that of the control group; After the implementation of nursing, the FMA score, ESCA score, ADLscore and various quality of life indicators in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing for hemiplegic patients withischemic stroke can improve their praise, limb function, self-care ability and daily living ability, significantlyimprove their quality of life and reduce disability, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
