Objective To analyze the effect of predictive nursing in the single port laparoscopic treatment ofgynecological malignant tumors. Methods 76 patients with gynecological malignant tumors who were treated bysingle port laparoscopy in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group, 38 patients in each group. The controlgroup was given routine nursing care, while the study group was given predictive nursing care. The changes ofblood pressure, heart rate and the incidence of complications in the two groups were compared before and after theintervention.Results There was no significant difference in blood pressure and heart rate between the two groupsbefore intervention (P>0.05); After intervention, the diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure and heart ratein the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group, with astatistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Predictive nursing can effectively maintain stable bloodpressure and heart rate, ensure the smooth development of treatment, reduce the occurrence of complications, andhelp patients recover from gynecological malignancies.
