Objective To analyze the influence of early nursing in delivery room on postpartum breastfeeding. Methods The study time was from November 2020 to March 2022. The study subjects were 96 parturientswho were delivered in our hospital. They were randomly divided into two groups according to the number table andthe alternating order method. The control group with routine nursing and the observation group with early nursingin the delivery room were divided into two groups. Through the study of the self efficacy scale of breast feeding(BSES), the Iowa Infant Feeding Attitude Scale (IIFAS), and the situation of breast feeding in different periodsafter delivery, Comparative analysis of infant weight growth and its nursing effect. Results The BSES and IIFASscores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group at 7 days and 6 months postpartum(P<0.05); The rate of exclusive breast feeding in the observation group was higher than that in the control group at1, 3 and 6 months after delivery (P<0.05); The weight growth of infants in the observation group at 1, 3 and 6months after delivery was better than that in the control group （P<0.05). Conclusion Early nursing in the deliveryroom is helpful to improve the confidence and positive attitude of breast-feeding, prolong the duration ofbreast-feeding, and promote the healthy growth and development of infants. It is worth popularizing.
