Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of specialized nursing on the prevention of lower limb venousthrombosis in coma patients after brain trauma. Methods 76 cases of coma patients after brain trauma operation inour hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to theimplementation of specialized nursing, they were divided into control group and research group, 38 cases in eachgroup. The control group applied routine nursing, and the research group was given specialized nursing. Theincidence of lower limb vein thrombosis, nursing satisfaction, self rating anxiety (SAS), and self rating depression(SDS) were compared between the two groups after nursing. Results The incidence of lower limb vein thrombosis,SAS and SDS scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction washigher than that in the control group, with significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion Specialized nursing forcoma patients after brain trauma can effectively reduce the incidence of venous thrombosis, relieve patients badmood, and improve nursing satisfaction. The nursing effect is significant, which is worth popularizing.
