基于课程思政教学模式在护生临床带教实践中的效果研究

摘要
探讨课程思政教学模式在护生临床带教实践中的效果研究。方法 选取 2021-2022 年在我院泌尿外科实习的护生,将研究对象按时间段分为两组,对照组为 2021 年 09 月-12 月泌尿外科实习的护生,采用传统带教模式;干预组为 2022 年 01 月-2022 年 04 月泌尿外科实习的护生,采用基于课程思政教学模式的带教方法。结果 采用基于课程思政教学模式的带教方法的护生,综合考核成绩均高于对照组,同时,对临床教学满意度评分均高于对照组( P< 0.05) 。结论 将"课程思政"教学模式融入到护生临床带教实践中,探索出适用于临床带教的有效方法,体现了思政教学的功能与实际价值。使护生能够更好地满足临床治疗和社会需求。
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of ideological and political teaching model in nursing studentsclinical teaching practice. Methods Nursing students practicing urology in our hospital from 2021 to 2022 wereselected, and the subjects were divided into two groups according to the time period. The control group was nursingstudents practicing urology from September to December 2021, using the traditional teaching mode. Theintervention group was the nursing students practicing urology surgery from January 2022 to April 2022, and theteaching method based on the ideological and political teaching model of the curriculum was adopted. Results Thenursing students who adopted the teaching method based on the ideological and political teaching mode of thecurriculum had higher comprehensive assessment scores than the control group, and the scores of clinical teachingsatisfaction were higher than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The teaching mode of "curriculumideological and political" is integrated into the clinical teaching practice of nursing students, and the effectivemethod suitable for clinical teaching is explored, which reflects the function and practical value of ideological andpolitical teaching. To enable nursing students to better meet clinical and social needs.
