摘要	观察植入式静脉输液港的维护措施。方法把 75 例植入式静脉输液港患者分为对照组（38例）、观察组（37 例）。给予对照组常规护理，给予观察组综合护理，比较两种护理方法的效果。结果对比两组的并发症率和护理满意度，观察组均显著好于对照组（P<0.05）。结论应用植入式静脉输液港的患者应用综合护理后，可以取得很好的效果，值得进行推广。
Abstract	Objective To observe the maintenance measures of implantable intravenous infusion port.Methods 75 patients with implantable intravenous infusion port were divided into control group (38 cases) andobservation group (37 cases). The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was givencomprehensive nursing, and the effects of the two nursing methods were compared. Results The complication rateand nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. The observation group was significantly better than thecontrol group (P<0.05). Conclusion The patients with implantable intravenous infusion port can get good resultsafter comprehensive nursing, and it is worth popularizing.
