Objective To explore and analyze the nursing effect of Fuyang cupping therapy on facialparalysis of wind cold type. Methods From March 2021 to March 2022, a total of 70 patients with wind coldobstructing collateral type facial paralysis were selected as the subjects of this study. Based on the number ofadmission sequences of patients, 70 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group byrandom number grouping. The control group was intervened with conventional nursing mode; On the basis of thecontrol group, the observation group adopted the nursing mode of Fuyang cupping therapy for intervention. Thenursing effect and H-B facial nerve function score of the control group and the observation group were comparedand analyzed. Results After nursing intervention, the observation group was significantly better than the controlgroup in nursing effect and H-B facial nerve function score, among which (P<0.05), the difference was statisticallysignificant. Conclusion In the process of intervention for patients with facial paralysis of wind cold blockingcollateral type, the nursing mode of routine nursing combined with Fuyang jar can effectively improve the H-Bfacial nerve function score and nursing effect of patients, which has excellent effect in the process of practicalapplication, and is worthy of further promotion and application.
