| 摘要 |
分析穴位敷贴对化疗致呕吐的治疗效果。方法 我科进行化疗且出现呕吐症状的患者126例，随机将其分为对照组和实验组，研究时间为2019年1月-2021年11月，对照组采用常规西药缓解，实验组在对照组基础上增加穴位敷贴治疗，分析应用效果。结果 实验组呕吐发生率以及不良反应发生率均低于对照组，且心理状态改善优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 穴位敷贴能够帮助患者改善化疗后出现的不良反应，缓解患者的呕吐症状，提高患者的舒适程度，促进患者正常进食，以保证机体的营养水平。

| Abstract |
Objective: To analyze the therapeutic effect of Acupoint Application on chemotherapy-induced vomiting. Methods: 126 patients with vomiting after chemotherapy in our department were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The research time was from January 2019 to November 2021. The control group was relieved with conventional western medicine. The experimental group was treated with Acupoint Application on the basis of the control group, and the application effect was analyzed. Results: the incidence of vomiting and adverse reactions in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the improvement of psychological state was better than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: acupoint application can help patients improve the adverse reactions after chemotherapy, alleviate the vomiting symptoms of patients, improve the comfort of patients, promote the normal eating of patients, and ensure the nutritional level of the body.
