Objective The experiment will be carried out for general surgery patients, focusing on theanalysis of how to prevent lower limb deep vein thrombosis, and take predictive nursing intervention, stablesurgical results. Methods 120 patients with general surgery were selected as subjects, the time was from May 2020to May 2022, and the patients were divided into two groups according to the randomization method, the controlgroup was routine nursing, the observation group was predictive nursing intervention, and the treatment resultswere compared. Results According to the data, the incidence of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis in theobservation group was lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Meanwhile, inthe comparison of negative emotions, the SAS anxiety and SDS depression scale scores of the observation groupwere lower than those of the control group, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05). In addition, the quality oflife index score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was significant (P< 0.05). Finally, the nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The use of predictive nursing intervention for general surgerypatients, help to improve their anxiety, and help patients to understand the types of complications after surgery,self-protection awareness, but also improve the patients nursing satisfaction, worthy of promotion.
