白血病化疗患者应用循证护理干预的效果观察

摘要	探究分析白血病化疗患者应用循证护理干预的效果观察。方法选取我院2020年1月-2022年6月收治的白血病化疗期间的患者54例均分两组，对照组常规护理，研究组实施循证护理，观察两组患者满意度、生活质量、负面情绪评分、不良反应差异。结果研究组满意度高于对照组（P<0.05）；研究组生活质量高于对照组（P<0.05）；研究组负面情绪（SAS、SDS）均低于对照组（P<0.05）；研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论通过对白血病化疗患者实施循证护理可提高患者生活质量及满意度，值得应用。
Abstract	Objective To explore and analyze the effect observation of evidence-based nursing intervention in patients with leukemia chemotherapy. Methods A total of 54 patients admitted to our hospital during leukemia chemotherapy from January 2020 to June 2022 were divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing and the study group received evidence-based nursing. The differences in patient satisfaction, quality of life, negative emotion score and adverse reactions were observed. Results The satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The quality of life of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The negative emotion (SAS, SDS) of the study group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can improve the quality of life and satisfaction of patients with leukemia chemotherapy, which is worthy of application.
