Objective To explore and analyze the nursing cooperation of modified mastoidectomy plustympanoplasty in the treatment of otitis media. Methods The starting time and ending time of the study wereMarch 2021 and April 2022 respectively. Under the effect of the random selection program compiled by thecomputer institute, 50 patients with otitis media who received modified mastoidectomy plus tympanoplasty in ourhospital during the above mentioned period were selected as the subjects of this study. They were divided into twodifferent groups. One group was a control group of 25 patients using conventional nursing, The other group is theobservation group with 25 cases of strengthened surgical nursing cooperation, and the final clinical results of thepatients were compared with each other. Results The observation group was a better group for hearing recovery(P<0.05). The final group with higher satisfaction was the observation group (P<0.05). Conclusion For patientswith otitis media and receiving clinical treatment with modified mastoidectomy and tympanoplasty, strengtheningsurgical nursing during the treatment process can make the patients hearing recover more ideal and the patients canhave higher satisfaction.
