Objective To explore the influence of emotional nursing of traditional Chinese medicine on therehabilitation of patients with femoral neck fracture, hoping to provide some help for the related nursing research offemoral neck fracture. Methods The study period was from October 2021 to October 2022. The study subjectswere 62 patients with femoral neck fracture in the hospital. They were randomly divided into control group andobservation group. Routine nursing mode and traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing mode were adoptedto carry out two groups of nursing work, and the related data information of the two groups of nursing effects werestatistically compared. Results The relevant data information of the two groups before and after nursing was inputinto the statistical system for processing. There was no significant difference between the two groups beforenursing (P>0.05). After nursing, the result was P<0.05, with significant difference. The visual analog pain score ofthe observation group was lower, the hip joint score was higher, and the quality of life score of the observationgroup was higher. Conclusion TCM emotional nursing can have a positive impact on the rehabilitation of patientswith femoral neck fracture, promote the recovery of hip joint function while alleviating the physiological pain ofpatients, and improve the quality of life of patients to a new height.
