摘要	分析延续性护理模式应用于溃疡性结肠炎护理中时患者睡眠质量的改善效果。方法研究以 2015 年 1 月至 2021 年 3 月我院 280 例溃疡性结肠炎患者作为研究对象，按照数字随机法分组，140 例常规护理（对照组），140 例延续性护理（研究组），对比两组护理效果。结果研究组睡眠质量显著低于对照组；研究组护理满意度高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论延续性护理模式应用于溃疡性结肠炎护理中时能够有效改善患者睡眠质量。
Abstract	objective To analyze the effect of continuous nursing mode on improving sleep quality ofpatients with ulcerative colitis. Methods 280 patients with ulcerative colitis in our hospital from January 2015 toMarch 2021 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into 140 cases of routine nursing (controlgroup) and 140 cases of continuous nursing (research group) according to the digital random method. The nursingeffects of the two groups were compared. Results The sleep quality of the study group was significantly lower thanthat of the control group; The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group, witha statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The continuous nursing model can effectively improvethe sleep quality of patients with ulcerative colitis.
