红外线照射结合艾灸对盆腔炎的护理体会

摘要	探讨红外线照射结合艾灸对盆腔炎的护理体会。方法将我院 2020 年 1 月-2021 年 12 月60 例盆腔炎患者，双盲随机法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，实验组实施红外线照射结合艾灸护理。比较两组护理前后视觉模拟评分、焦虑自评评分、抑郁自评评分、护理满意度、盆腔炎护理总有效率。结果实验组视觉模拟评分、焦虑自评评分、抑郁自评评分低于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组，盆腔炎护理总有效率高于对照组， P＜0.05。结论盆腔炎患者实施红外线照射结合艾灸护理效果确切。
Abstract	Objective To explore the nursing experience of infrared radiation combined with moxibustion onpelvic inflammation. Methods 60 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease from January 2020 to December 2021were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing, while the experimental groupreceived infrared radiation and moxibustion nursing. The visual simulation score, anxiety self-evaluation score,depression self-evaluation score, nursing satisfaction and the total effective rate of pelvic inflammation nursingwere compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results The scores of visual simulation, selfrating anxiety and self rating depression in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, thesatisfaction of nursing was higher than that in the control group, and the total effective rate of pelvic inflammationnursing was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The nursing effect of infrared radiationcombined with moxibustion for patients with pelvic inflammation is accurate.
