分析临终关怀护理对晚期恶性肿瘤患者的影响

摘要	分析和调查临终关怀对晚期恶性肿瘤患者的影响。方法选取我院 2018 年-2021 年接收治疗晚期恶性肿瘤患者 200 例为观察对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组接受常规护理，观察组采用临终关怀护理，将两组护理前后的情绪状况与护理后的疼痛情况进行比较。结果观察组患者的 SAS 量表评分低于对照组，并且观察组患者的疼痛度低于对照组，数据对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论使用本研究护理方法，能缓解患者焦虑感，降低患者疼痛程度，值得推广与应用于临床护理中。
Abstract	Objective To analyze and investigate the influence of hospice care on patients with advancedmalignant tumors. Methods We selected 200 patients with advanced malignant tumor who were treated in ourhospital from 2018 to 2021 as the observation objects, and randomly divided them into the observation group andthe control group. The control group received routine care, and the observation group adopted hospice care. Wecompared the emotional status before and after the nursing with the pain situation after the nursing. Results TheSAS scale score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the pain degree of theobservation group was lower than that of the control group, the difference in data comparison was statisticallysignificant (P<0.05). Conclusion The nursing method of this study can relieve the anxiety of patients and reducethe pain degree of patients, which is worth popularizing and applying in clinical nursing.
