手术室人性化护理在骨折患者中的效果

摘要	论手术室人性化护理在骨折患者中的应用。方法随机选择在我院医治的骨折患者 100例，按随机方式分组，其中 50 例采取常规护理（对照组），另 50 例实施手术室人性化护理（观察组），经观察对比，得出结论。结果护理之后观察组患者总并发症发生率为 4.00%，优于对照组的 24.00%，护理后观察组满意度为 90.00%，优于对照组的 70.00%，护理后观察组 SAS、SDS 评分分别为（33.20±3.54）分、（32.60±4.21）分，明显优于对照组的（42.35±4.89）分、（43.96±5.17）分，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论使用本研究方法进行护理，可以缓解患者的不良情绪，因此，本研究的护理方式具有显著的推广价值和临床应用价值。
Abstract	Objective Discussion on the application of humanized nursing in operating room for patientswith fracture. Methods Randomly select 100 cases of fracture patients treated in our hospital ， and randomlydivide them into groups. Among them， 50 cases were given conventional nursing (control group)， and the other50 cases were given humanistic nursing in the operating room (observation group). Through observation andcomparison，we draw a conclusion. Results After nursing, the total complication rate of the observation group was4.00%, which was better than 24.00% of the control group. The satisfaction of the observation group after nursingwas 90.00%, which was better than 70.00% of the control group. The SAS and SDS scores of the observation groupafter nursing were (33.20 ± 3.54) points and (32.60 ± 4.21) points, which were significantly better than those of thecontrol group (42.35 ± 4.89) points and (43.96 ± 5.17) points, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing method in this study can relieve the patients bad mood, so the nursing method in thisstudy has significant promotion value and clinical application value.
