Objective To analyze the effect of high-quality nursing on pain, inflammatory reaction andgastrointestinal function after radical resection of advanced gastric cancer. Methods 95 patients who receivedradical gastrectomy in our hospital from September 2011 to March 22 were selected as study samples. 95 sampleswere divided into routine group (45 cases) and study group (50 cases) by random number table. After theintervention, the indexes of postoperative pain, inflammatory reaction and gastrointestinal function were analyzedand compared between the two groups. Results By comparing the postoperative pain, inflammatory reaction,gastrointestinal function and other indicators of the two groups, it can be found that the postoperative pain ratingand the levels of various inflammatory factors of the patients in the study group are lower than those in theconventional group, and the recovery of gastrointestinal function of the patients is better than that of theconventional group (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients undergoing radical gastrectomy, high-quality nursingintervention can improve the inflammatory reaction and pain score of patients, promote the recovery ofgastrointestinal function, and has a very significant application value.
