摘要	分析阶段性护理干预对子宫内膜癌术后并发症发生率及生存质量的影响。方法选择我院于 2019 年 1 月-2022-8 月，期间收治的 152 例子宫内膜癌患者，将所有患者随机分组为对照组（76 例，采用常规方法护理）和观察组（76 例，实施阶段性护理干预）。结果两组患者均取得一定的护理效果，但观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组，同时观察组生存质量、护理满意度均明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在对子宫内膜癌手术患者实施阶段性护理干预可取得明显更佳的效果，可显著改善减少术后并发症发生，提高患者生存质量，提升护理满意度患者在接受治疗，有较高应用价值。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the effect of staged nursing intervention on the incidence of postoperativecomplications and quality of life of endometrial cancer. Methods 152 patients with endometrial cancer admitted inour hospital from January 2019 to August 2022 within one year were randomly divided into control group (76 cases,with conventional nursing) and observation group (76 cases, with staged nursing intervention). Results Bothgroups of patients achieved certain nursing effects, but the incidence of complications in the observation group wassignificantly lower than that in the control group, and the quality of life and nursing satisfaction in the observationgroup were significantly higher than those in the control group, with significant differences (P<0.05). ConclusionThe staged nursing intervention for patients with endometrial cancer undergoing surgery can achieve significantlybetter results, significantly improve and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications, improve the qualityof life of patients, and enhance the satisfaction of nursing. It has high application value in receiving treatment.
