摘要	探究分析重症有机磷农药中毒患者的急诊护理中的价值。方法选取于 2019 年 1 月至 2022年 10 月，我院收治的重症有机磷农药中毒患者共 150 例，作为本次研究对象。根据患者的入院序列数为基础，采用随机数字分组的方式，将 150 例患者随机分为对照组以及观察组。对照组采用常规护理模式进行干预；观察组采用急诊护理模式进行干预。对比分析对照组以及观察组的不良反应发生率；护理满意度；以及临床相关指标。结果经护理干预后，观察组在不良反应发生率；护理满意度；以及临床相关指标方面，明显优于对照组，其中（P＜0.05），差异具有统计学意义。结论在对重症有机磷农药中毒患者进行干预的过程中采用急诊护理模式进行干预，能够有效提升患者的护理满意度，同时能够显著改善患者的不良反应发生率以及临床相关指标，在实际应的过程中具有优良的效果，值得进一步的推广与应用。
Abstract	Objective To explore and analyze the value of emergency nursing for patients with severeorganophosphorus pesticide poisoning. Methods: 150 patients with severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoningadmitted to our hospital from January 2019 to October 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study. Based onthe number of admission sequences of patients, 150 patients were randomly divided into control group andobservation group by random number grouping. The control group was intervened with conventional nursing mode;The observation group was intervened by emergency nursing mode. The incidence of adverse reactions in thecontrol group and the observation group was compared and analyzed; Nursing satisfaction; And clinical relatedindicators. Results: After nursing intervention, the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group; Nursingsatisfaction; As well as clinical related indicators, it was significantly better than the control group, among which(P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: In the process of intervention for patients withsevere organophosphorus pesticide poisoning, the emergency nursing mode can effectively improve the patientssatisfaction with nursing, and can significantly improve the incidence of adverse reactions and clinical relatedindicators. It has excellent effect in the actual process, and is worth further promotion and application.
