Objective To explore the current situation and countermeasures of chronic disease managementin grassroots community public health services. Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic diseases incommunity public health services from July 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the control group, and 120 patientswith chronic diseases in community public health services from July 2021 to June 2022 were selected as theobservation group. Through the questionnaire survey, the physical examination, medication and satisfaction ofpatients with chronic diseases in the past year were counted. Results The proportion of regular physicalexamination and medication in observation group was higher than that in control group. At the same time, thepatients satisfaction with community health management in the observation group was higher than that in thecontrol group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusions There are some problems inthe management of patients with chronic diseases in primary community health services, and the management lagsbehind. Improving the management of patients with chronic diseases in primary community health services canhelp patients face up to the disease, develop good self-care habits, regular physical examination and medication,and improve the life of patients, with obvious comprehensive effect.
