Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Qiangli Pipa Dew on cough after cold. Methods Atotal of 70 patients with cough after cold in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected. Thenumber table was randomly divided into two groups: 35 patients in each group. The patients in the control groupwere treated with conventional drugs. The observation group was added with strong loquat syrup on this basis. Thecough relief time, cough symptom score, quality of life, total effective rate and adverse reactions of the two groupswere compared before and after treatment. Results The relieving time of cough in the observation group wasshorter than that in the control group. After treatment, the scores of cough symptoms and quality of life of patientsin the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the total effective rate was higher than thatin the control group (P ＜ 0.05). No adverse reaction was found in the two groups during treatment (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Conventional medicine combined with Qiangli Pipa Dew has a definite therapeutic effect on coughafter cold.
