集束化护理模式在妊娠期高血压疾病患者中的应用效果

摘要	探究分析集束化护理模式在妊娠期高血压疾病患者中的应用效果。方法选取于 2021 年1 月至 2022 年 10 月，我院收治的妊娠期高血压患者共 100 例，作为本次研究对象。根据患者的入院序列数为基础，采用随机数字分组的方式，将 100 例患者随机分为对照组以及观察组。对照组采用常规护理模式进行干预；观察组采用集束化护理模式进行干预。对比分析对照组以及观察组的护理满意度；以及血压指标。结果经护理干预后，观察组在护理满意度；以及血压指标方面明显优于对照组，其中（P＜0.05），差异具有统计学意义。结论在对妊娠期高血压患者进行干预的过程中，采用集束化护理模式进行干预，能够有效提升患者的护理满意度，同时能够显著改善患者的血压指标，在实际应用的过程中具有优良的效果，值得进一步的推广与应用。
Abstract	Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of cluster nursing mode in patients withhypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. Methods A total of 100 patients with pregnancy inducedhypertension admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study.Based on the number of admission sequences of patients, 100 patients were randomly divided into control groupand observation group by random number grouping. The control group was intervened with conventional nursingmode; The observation group was intervened by cluster nursing mode. The nursing satisfaction of the control groupand the observation group was compared and analyzed; And blood pressure indicators. Results After nursingintervention, the observation group was satisfied with nursing; And the blood pressure index was significantlybetter than the control group, among which (P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion In theprocess of intervention for hypertensive patients during pregnancy, the use of cluster nursing mode can effectivelyimprove the patients satisfaction with nursing, and can significantly improve the patients blood pressure indicators,which has excellent effects in the actual application process, and is worth further promotion and application.
