Objective To explore the impact of multidisciplinary team nursing led by nurses on colorectalcancer patients undergoing surgery. Methods The trial was scheduled from April 2021 to October 2022. Thenumber of subjects was 60. They were selected from our hospital to receive radical resection of colorectal cancerand postoperative enteral nutrition support. They were randomly divided into a control group (basic nutritionnursing) and a research group (nurse led multidisciplinary team nursing). There were 30 subjects in each group.The effects of the two nursing methods on the nutritional level of patients were compared. Results In the studygroup, the indexes of colorectal cancer patients recovered more quickly and the albumin level was higher (P<0.05);The incidence of postoperative complications in colorectal cancer patients in the study group (6.67%) was lowerthan that in the control group (P<0.05); Compared with the control group, the proportion of CD4+T cells in thestudy group was higher and that of CD8+T cells was lower (P<0.05). Conclusion The multi-disciplinary teamnursing led by nurses after colorectal cancer surgery can promote the rapid recovery of the body, alleviate theimmune stress reaction, and improve the nutritional status of patients after surgery.
