心内科介入治疗护理安全管理及对策临床效果观察

摘要	针对心内科介入治疗的患者进行护理对策的优化，重视安全管理的要点，进一步提升临床护理成效。方法样本选取 2021 年 10 月—2022 年 10 月我院心内科收治的介入治疗患者 120 例，随机分为观察组合对照组，各 60 例。对照组进行常规的护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上，加强护理安全管理，分析护理的主要问题，并提出措施。对比分析两组患者出现并发症的概率和护理满意情况。结果两组患者对比可知，观察组患者出现并发症的概率小于对照组患者，并且，观察组患者对护理的满意度大于对照组，组间对比，差异具有统计学意义，即 P＜0.05。结论加强心内科介入治疗护理安全管理，可以降低患者出现并发症，提高患者对护理的满意度，确保患者在介入治疗的安全，提升护理质量和效果，避免发生医疗事故，可以在临床上推广应用。
Abstract	Objective To optimize the nursing strategy for patients with cardiology interventional therapy,pay attention to the key points of safety management, and further improve the effectiveness of clinical nursing.Methods A total of 120 patients receiving interventional treatment in the Department of Cardiology of our hospitalfrom October 2021 to October 2022 were selected and randomly divided into observation group control group, with60 cases in each group. Control group routine nursing, observation group on the basis of routine nursing, strengthennursing safety management, analysis of the main problems of nursing, and put forward measures. The probabilityof complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The comparisonbetween the two groups of patients showed that the probability of complications in the observation group was lessthan that in the control group, and the satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was greater than that in thecontrol group, the difference was statistically significant, that is, P < 0.05. Conclusion Strengthening the nursingsafety management of interventional therapy in the department of cardiology can reduce the complications ofpatients, improve patients satisfaction with nursing, ensure the safety of patients in interventional therapy, improvethe quality and effect of nursing, avoid medical accidents, and can be popularized in clinical application.
