Objective To explore the influence of health education on the treatment compliance of patientswith acute myocardial infarction. Methods 106 patients with acute myocardial infarction were selected for researchand analysis. The patients were selected from January 2020 to January 2021, and randomly divided into two groups.53 patients receiving routine care were set as the reference group and 53 patients receiving health education as theexperimental group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The treatment compliance was94.34% in the experimental group and 77.36% in the reference group. The experimental group was significantlyhigher than the reference group (P<0.05). In terms of the incidence of complications, the incidence ofcomplications in the experimental group and the reference group was 3.77% and 15.09% respectively. Theexperimental group was significantly lower than the reference group (P<0.05). Nursing satisfaction in theexperimental group was higher than that in the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of healtheducation on acute myocardial infarction is accurate, which is helpful to improve the patients treatment compliance,reduce the occurrence of complications, and enhance the patients satisfaction. This shows that this kind of nursingmethod is of great significance.
