Objective To analyze and study the surgical treatment of duplication of kidney combined with upper urinary tract calculus endouria. Methods Randomly select 30 patients with duplication of kidney complicated with upper urinary tract calculi who were treated from April 2021 to May 2022. Among the 30 patients, 10 cases received extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy, and 10 cases received ureteroscopic lithotripsy. Minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy was performed in 10 cases. All patients underwent physical examination to evaluate the effect of different treatment methods. Results The stone-free rate of patients treated with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy, ureteroscopic lithotripsy, and minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy was high. All the operations were successful, and there were no symptoms such as urinary tract injury and massive bleeding after surgery. Conclusion The application of endourology in the treatment of patients with duplication of kidney and upper urinary tract stones can improve the stone-free rate and reduce postoperative complications, so it has higher safety than other treatments and effectiveness.
