综合护理干预在急性胰腺炎患者康复护理中的效果研究

摘要	分析急性胰腺炎用综合护理干预的价值。方法 2020年1月-2022年8月本科接诊急性胰腺炎病人96名，随机均分2组。试验组采取综合护理干预，对照组行常规护理。对比胃肠道恢复时间等指标。结果关于住院时间和胃肠道恢复时间，试验组数据分别是（12.41±2.58）d、（2.96±0.74）d，和对照组数据（15.89±3.14）d、（4.26±0.91）d相比更短（P＜0.05）。关于并发症这个指标，试验组发生率2.08%，和对照组数据14.58%相比更低（P＜0.05）。关于sf-36评分，干预结束时：试验组数据（87.35±2.14）分，和对照组数据（80.39±3.67）分相比更高（P＜0.05）。关于护理质量：试验组操作技能、基础护理和服务态度这三项评分都比对照组高（P＜0.05）。结论急性胰腺炎用综合护理干预，并发症发生率更低，康复进程更为迅速，生活质量改善也更加明显，护理质量更好。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the value of comprehensive nursing intervention for acute pancreatitis. Methods From January 2020 to August 2022, 96 undergraduate patients with acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into 2 groups. The experimental group received comprehensive nursing intervention, while the control group received routine nursing. Gastrointestinal recovery time and other indicators were compared. Results The length of hospital stay and gastrointestinal recovery time in the experimental group were (12.41±2.58) d and (2.96±0.74) d, respectively, which were shorter than those in the control group (15.89±3.14) d and (4.26±0.91) d (P < 0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 2.08%, which was lower than that in the control group (14.58%) (P < 0.05). Regarding the SF-36 score, at the end of the intervention, the score of the experimental group (87.35±2.14) was higher than that of the control group (80.39±3.67) (P < 0.05). The scores of operation skills, basic nursing and service attitude in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Acute pancreatitis with comprehensive nursing intervention, the incidence of complications is lower, the rehabilitation process is more rapid, the improvement of quality of life is more obvious, the quality of nursing is better.
