循证护理干预在外伤性颅骨骨折术后患者护理中的应用效果

摘要	探析循证护理干预在外伤性颅骨骨折术后患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取2021年3月~2022年3月我院收治的82例外伤性颅骨骨折术后患者，随机分为两组，对照组41例实施常规护理，观察组41例实施循证护理干预，对比两组的手术指标、护理满意度、生存质量以及神经功能缺损程度。结果观察组的护理满意度高于对照组，住院时间与住院费用少于对照组，有统计学意义（P<0.05）；护理后，观察组的生存质量评分均高于对照组，有统计学意义（P<0.05）；护理后，观察组的NIHSS评分低于对照组，有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组的并发症发生率4.9%低于对照组24.4%，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论针对外伤性颅骨骨折术后患者实施循证护理干预可以提高手术预后效果，神经功能缺损状况得到改善，降低并发症的发生概率，值得临床推广。
Abstract	Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing intervention in patients with traumatic skull fracture after operation. Methods 82 cases of traumatic skull fracture patients admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group (41 cases) received routine nursing care, and the observation group (41 cases) received evidence-based nursing intervention. The surgical indicators, nursing satisfaction, quality of life, and the degree of neurological impairment of the two groups were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the length and cost of hospitalization were less than those of the control group (P<0.05); After nursing, the scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05); After nursing, the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05); The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.9% lower than that in the control group (24.4%, P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of evidence-based nursing intervention for patients with traumatic skull fracture after operation can improve the prognosis of the operation, improve the condition of nerve function defects, and reduce the probability of complications, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
