在食管癌护理临床路径中实施优质护理干预的价值分析

摘要	研究食管癌护理临床路径当中并入优质护理干预的护理质量提升效果。方法 2021年1月至2022年2月，选择我院收治的84例食管癌患者作为研究对象，分为管理组（临床护理路径结合优质护理干预）和参照组（普通临床护理路径），比较护理效果。结果管理组住院时间短于参照组，同时对医疗服务体验评分更高，差异明显（P＜0.05）。结论食管癌护理临床路径模式结合优质护理干预，可有效缩短患者住院时间，提升患者满意度，有推广价值。
Abstract	Objective To study the nursing quality improvement effect of incorporating high-quality nursing intervention in the clinical pathway of esophageal cancer nursing. Methods From January 2021 to February 2022, 84 patients with esophageal cancer admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects, and divided into a management group (clinical nursing pathway combined with high-quality nursing intervention) and a reference group (ordinary clinical nursing pathway). Nursing effect. Results The hospitalization time of the management group was shorter than that of the reference group, and the score of medical service experience was higher, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical pathway model of esophageal cancer nursing combined with high-quality nursing intervention can effectively shorten the hospitalization time of patients, improve patient satisfaction, and has promotion value.
