快速康复护理在小儿腹股沟疝术后应用分析

摘要	分析小儿腹股沟疝术后采取快速康复护理干预的效果。方法腹股沟疝手术患儿进入医院后，据常规手术流程为患儿切除疝囊，随机数字法对手术患儿分组，对照组采取常规护理，观察组采取快速康复护理，评价患儿住院时间、术后排气时间、并发症发生率、护理满意度。结果观察组患儿术后排气时间及住院时间比对照组短，p<0.05；观察组患儿并发症发生率比对照组低，p<0.05。观察组患儿家属护理满意度比对照组高，p<0.05。结论小儿腹股沟疝术后采取快速康复护理效果显著，缩短患儿住院时间及排气时间，该护理方法具有临床价值。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the effect of fast rehabilitation nursing intervention in children after inguinal hernia surgery. Methods After the children with inguinal hernia surgery were admitted to the hospital, the hernia sac was removed according to the routine operation procedure, and the children who underwent surgery were divided into groups by random number method. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received rapid rehabilitation nursing. Postoperative exhaust time, complication rate, nursing satisfaction. Results The postoperative exhaust time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, p<0.05; the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, p<0.05. The nursing satisfaction of children in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, p<0.05. Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation nursing after inguinal hernia surgery in children has a significant effect, shortens the hospitalization time and exhaust time of children, and this nursing method has clinical value.
