快速康复外科理念在小儿肱骨髁上骨折围手术期护理中的应用

摘要	分析小儿肱骨髁上骨折患者围术期快速康复外科护理措施及效果。方法选择本院接诊的肱骨髁上骨折患儿作为观察对象，随机抽签法分组，对照组、观察组分别采取常规护理、快速康复护理干预，评价患儿治疗依从性、术后疼痛评分及并发症。结果观察组护理依从性比对照组高，p<0.05。观察组术后24h、3dVAS评分低于对照组，p<0.05.观察组并发症低于对照组，p<0.05。结论肱骨髁上骨折患儿围术期采取快速康复外科护理可改善患者关节功能，减轻患儿痛苦及降低并发症发生率，提升患儿治疗疾病的依从性，该护理模式具有临床价值。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the perioperative fast track surgical nursing measures and effects of pediatric patients with humeral supracondylar fracture. Methods Children with humeral supracondylar fracture admitted to our hospital were selected as the observation objects, and divided into two groups by random lottery. The control group and the observation group were given routine nursing and rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention respectively, and the treatment compliance, postoperative pain score and complications were evaluated. Results The nursing compliance of observation group was higher than that of control group, p<0.05. The 24h and 3dVAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (p<0.05). The complications of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (p<0.05). Conclusion Fast track surgical nursing in perioperative period of children with humeral supracondylar fracture can improve the joint function of patients, reduce the pain of children, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve the compliance of children with disease treatment. This nursing model has clinical value.
