多维度综合性护理管理对重症医学科护理质量的应用效果观察

摘要	分析多维度综合性护理管理对重症医学科护理质量的应用效果。方法回顾性分析90例重症患者临床资料，治疗时间为2019年12月-2022年5月，随机分两组，综合组采用多维度综合性护理管理，普通组采用常规护理管理，对比综合组及普通组重症患者的满意度、依从性等。结果综合组重症患者的满意度与依从性高于普通组，有统计学意义P<0.05。护理前，综合组重症患者的护理质量与负面情绪评分接近于普通组，无统计学意义P>0.05；护理后，综合组重症患者的护理质量高于普通组，而综合组重症患者的负面情绪评分低于普通组，有统计学意义P<0.05。结论多维度综合性护理管理对重症医学科护理质量的应用效果更突出，值得广泛利用。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the effect of multi-dimensional comprehensive nursing management on the nursing quality of critical care department. Methods the clinical data of 90 severe patients were retrospectively analyzed. The treatment time was from December 2019 to may 2022. They were randomly divided into two groups. The comprehensive group adopted multi-dimensional comprehensive nursing management, and the general group adopted routine nursing management. The satisfaction and compliance of severe patients in the comprehensive group and the general group were compared. Results the satisfaction and compliance of severe patients in the comprehensive group were significantly higher than those in the general group (P < 0.05). Before nursing, the nursing quality and negative emotion score of severe patients in the comprehensive group were close to those in the general group, with no statistical significance (P > 0.05); After nursing, the nursing quality of the severe patients in the comprehensive group was higher than that of the general group, and the negative emotion score of the severe patients in the comprehensive group was lower than that of the general group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion the multi-dimensional comprehensive nursing management has a more prominent effect on the quality of nursing in the Department of critical care, and is worth extensive use.
