| Abstract |
Objective To discuss the psychological characteristics of patients with plastic surgery, and provide a basis for the formulation of relevant nursing intervention measures. Methods Incorporating 68 plastic surgery patients in the hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were included in the research scope, and the psychological situation surveyed the psychological status of all patients to analyze the psychological characteristics of patients with plastic surgery. Results 60 of the 68 patients had anxiety, accounting for 88.23%; 62 cases with depression, accounting for 91.17%; 63 cases of fear of emotions, accounting for 92.64%; 29 cases, accounting for 42.64%; 31 cases with other bad emotions, accounting for 45.58%, have more serious psychological problems. And patients will be subject to disease factors (45 cases, accounting for 66.17%), genetic factors (20 cases, 29.41%), social and cultural factors (55 cases, 80.88%), surgical factors (44 cases, 64.70, 64.70 %), The living environment (39 cases, 57.35%) and other aspects of the impact have adverse emotions. Conclusion has more negative emotions in patients with plastic surgery, such as anxiety, depression, fear, loneliness, etc., and will be mainly affected by various factors, including surgery, social culture, genetic, living environment, and disease. In order to formulate targeted psychological care intervention plans for patients, in order to help patients adjust their mentality and reduce the risk of contradictions between patients and hospitals.
