| 摘要 |
研究共情护理模式在抑郁症患者护理中的应用及其对患者生活质量的影响评价。方法 选取本院2019年1月—2021年6月收治96名抑郁症患者为研究对象，通过随机分组的方式将患者分成研究组、对照组，每组48例，分别应用普通护理和共情护理，研究不同护理方法对患者生活质量的影响。结果 研究组患者接受共情护理后，生活质量明显提高，SDS评分较高，P<0.05。结论 共情护理模式在抑郁症患者护理中的应用效果较好，接受该护理患者生活质量得到有效提升。

| Abstract |
Objective To study the application of empathy nursing model in the nursing of patients with depression and its impact on the quality of life of patients. Methods 96 patients with depression admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects. The patients were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 48 patients in each group. General nursing and sympathetic nursing were applied respectively to study the impact of different nursing methods on the quality of life of patients. Results The quality of life of the patients in the study group was significantly improved after receiving empathy care, with a higher SDS score (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of empathy nursing model in the nursing of patients with depression has a good effect, and the quality of life of patients receiving this nursing has been effectively improved.
