| 摘要 |
分析综合护理对重症监护病房（ICU）病患ICU综合征的影响。方法 选择2020.4~2021.8我院ICU收治的150例患者，分成对照、试验组，各75例，分别进行常规、综合护理干预，比较组间护理情况。结果 试验组ICU综合征发生率4.00%，对照组为18.67%，差异显著（P＜0.05）。护理后，试验组SAS、SDS及PSQI评分更低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对ICU患者进行综合护理干预，效果显著，值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective to analyze the influence of comprehensive nursing on ICU syndrome of patients in intensive care unit (ICU). Methods 150 patients admitted to ICU of our hospital from April 2020 to August 2021 were selected and divided into control group and test group, with 75 cases each. Routine and comprehensive nursing interventions were carried out respectively, and the nursing situation between the groups was compared. Results the incidence of ICU syndrome was 4.00% in the experimental group and 18.67% in the control group, with significant difference (P < 0.05). After nursing, SAS, SDS and PSQI scores of the test group were lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). The satisfaction rate of nursing in the test group was 97.33%, and that in the control group was 78.67%, which was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion the comprehensive nursing intervention for ICU patients is effective and worth popularizing.
