摘要	为了深入研究对剖宫产术后产妇实施过床板水平转运干预后，产妇转运情况、满意度、心理状态及生活质量。方法选取我院2021年6月至2022年6月期间收治的剖宫产术后产妇共86名，将其随机分组，给予过床板水平转运干预措施组为研究组，给予常规转运干预措施组为参照组，研究组和参照组各43名产妇。对比两组产妇转运情况、满意度、心理状态及生活质量。结果干预期结束后，研究组剖宫产术后产妇转运情况、满意度、心理状态及生活质量显著优于参照组。差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论临床对剖宫产术后产妇实施过床板水平转运干预，可有效改善产妇转运情况、满意度、心理状态及生活质量，故方案值得推广。
Abstract	Objective In order to further study the transport situation, satisfaction, psychological status and quality of life of the parturients after cesarean section after the intervention of bed plate horizontal transport. Methods A total of 86 parturients after cesarean section who were admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were randomly divided into two groups. The study group was given horizontal transport intervention through bed plate, and the control group was given routine transport intervention. There were 43 parturients in the study group and the reference group respectively. The transfer situation, satisfaction, psychological status and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results After the intervention, the transportation, satisfaction, psychological status and quality of life of the parturients in the study group after cesarean section were significantly better than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The bed plate horizontal transport intervention for the parturients after cesarean section can effectively improve the transport situation, satisfaction, psychological status and quality of life of the parturients, so the scheme is worth popularizing.
