Objective To explore the clinical value of targeted nursing interventions for elderly patients withheart failure. Methods The selected cases were from January 2020 to January 2022. A total of 50 cases of elderlypatients with heart failure were treated in our hospital. According to the principle of double blind grouping, 25cases were divided into the study group and 25 cases into the control group. The control group used conventionalnursing interventions. The study group added targeted nursing interventions on the basis of the control group, andcompared the value of nursing interventions between the two groups. Results Before intervention, there was nosignificant difference in quality of life indicators between the two groups, and the data suggested that P>0.05; Afterintervention, the quality of life indicators of the two groups were compared, and the study group was superior to thecontrol group, with significant difference. The data suggested that P<0.05; Before intervention, there was nosignificant difference in the scores of psychological indicators between the two groups, indicating that P>0.05;After intervention, the scores of psychological indicators of the two groups were compared. The scores of the studygroup were lower than those of the control group, with significant difference. The data suggested that P<0.05; Afterintervention, compared with the improvement indicators of clinical symptoms of the two groups, the study groupwas superior to the control group, with significant difference. The data showed that P<0.05. Conclusion Theapplication of targeted nursing intervention measures in elderly patients with heart failure can improve the qualityof life of patients and improve their bad psychological emotions, which can be clinically popularized as confirmedby the research results.
