Objective To treat patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris, analyze theapplication advantages of psychological nursing to improve treatment and improve sleep quality. Methods 120patients with angina pectoris from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as subjects. According to therandomization method, the patients were divided into two groups, the control group was routine nursing, theobservation group was psychological nursing, and the treatment nursing was compared. Results According to thedata, the SAS score of the self-rating anxiety scale in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance (P<0.05). Meanwhile, in the comparison of sleep quality indexes, the PSQI score of theobservation group was better than that of the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05). Finally, in theevaluation of patient satisfaction, the observation group was higher than the control group, the difference wassignificant (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of psychological nursing for coronary heart disease angina patients toimprove the quality of sleep has a great help, is conducive to the stability of the patients emotional state, enhancethe patients treatment confidence, promote the improvement of the condition, so it is worth promoting.
