摘要	观察对胃癌手术患者开展以胃肠功能障碍（AGI）分级精细化营养干预的临床应用效果。方法此次研究病例选取为 2020 年 9 月到 2022 年 6 月期间我院接收的胃癌手术患者 80 例，通过随机数字表法将入选的患者划分为观察组和对照组,每一组患者人数各有 40 例，对照组患者治疗期间行常规营养干预，观察组患者则开展以 AGI 分级为基础的精细化营养干预，详细对比两组最终取得的营养管理效果。结果管理后两组结果比较发现，观察组患者依从性与对照组相比均显著提升，术后 3 天、7 天患者的机体营养指标显示改善效果优于对照组，患者术后排气时间、排便时间、肠鸣音恢复时间和住院时间与对照组相比均明显缩短（P＜0.05）。结论对胃癌手术患者及时开展以 AGI 分级精细化营养干预，可使临床营养支持质量控制管理质量得到良好提升，增强患者依从性，改善患者机体营养状态，促进患者术后胃肠功能恢复效率。
Abstract	Objective To observe the clinical application effect of refined nutritional intervention withgastrointestinal dysfunction (AGI) classification in patients undergoing gastric cancer surgery. Method the studycase selected for September 2020 to June 2022 during my hospital received 80 patients with gastric cancer surgery,through random digital table patients are divided into observation group and control group, each group of 40 cases,control patients during routine nutrition intervention, observation group patients is based on AGI grading of finenutrition intervention, detailed comparison of the two groups finally achieve nutrition management effect. Resultsmanagement after the two groups of results found, the observation group patients compliance are significantlyimproved, 3 days, 7 days after surgery patients body nutrition index after score shows improvement effect is betterthan the control group, postoperative exhaust time, defecation time, bowel sound recovery time and hospital timeare significantly shorter compared with the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Timely AGI grade refined nutritionintervention for gastric cancer surgery patients can well improve the quality control and management quality ofclinical nutrition support, enhance patient compliance, improve their body nutritional status, promote the efficiencyof gastrointestinal function recovery after surgery.
