摘要
分析将临床护理路径用于全膝关节置换(TKA)加速康复中的临床价值。方法 采集2021.1.1-2022.6.30 期间 TKA 病例 70 例为研究对象,将其以随机数字表法 1/1 纳入 2 组,对照组常规护理,观察组临床护理路径干预;统计 2 组膝关节功能恢复优良率、膝关节功能、疼痛程度、并发症发生率。结果 观察组膝关节功能恢复优良率优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组膝关节功能(HSS)评分高于对照组,疼痛程度(VAS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 将临床护理路径用于 TKA 加速康复中可为发挥积极效果,促进预后,可推广。
Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical value of applying clinical nursing path to acceleratedrehabilitation of total knee arthroplasty (TKA). Methods 70 TKA patients from January 1, 2022 to June 30, 2022were collected as the research object, and they were included into two groups by the random number table method1/1. The control group received routine nursing care, and the observation group received clinical nursing pathintervention; The excellent and good rate of knee function recovery, knee function, pain degree and complicationrate of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The excellent and good rate of knee joint functionrecovery in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05). The score of knee jointfunction (HSS) in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the score of pain severity(VAS) was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation groupwas lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway inaccelerated rehabilitation of TKA can play a positive role in promoting the prognosis and can be popularized.
