Objective To analyze the effect of intensive nursing intervention on patients with endotrachealintubation in ICU. Methods According to the way of comparative nursing observation, 76 patients were selectedfrom March 2021 to April 2022. Double blind method was used to divide them into control group (38 cases, routinenursing service) and observation group (38 cases, routine nursing+intensive nursing). The nursing effects of the twogroups were analyzed. Results The incidence of pulmonary infection and unplanned extubation in the observationgroup was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). According to the statistics of nursing quality of the twogroups, the scores of service attitude, nursing management, work efficiency and nursing operation in theobservation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). According to the statistics of nursingsatisfaction and psychological status of patients in the two groups during treatment, the nursing satisfaction of theobservation group was higher than that of the control group, and the psychological status score was lower than thatof the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Strengthening nursing management in the treatment of patients withendotracheal intubation in ICU can effectively improve the clinical nursing effect for these patients, reduce theincidence of pulmonary infection, improve the quality of nursing and nursing satisfaction, and relieve thepsychological pressure of patients.
