综合性护理对小儿肺炎治疗效果的影响

摘要	探讨并分析综合性护理对小儿肺炎的临床治疗效果。方法选取我院 2019 年 1 月到2020 年 1 月期间的 300 例小儿肺炎患儿为本次研究对象。并采取计算机表法对其进行研究，分为研究组和对照组，每组 150 例患儿，研究组小儿肺炎患儿采取综合性护理干预，对照组患儿采取常规护理干预。结果研究组小儿肺炎患儿的治疗依从性（98.00%）显著高于对照组（86.00%），研究组小儿肺炎患儿的退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺啰音消失时间以及住院时间显著短于对照组，差异显著。结论将综合性护理应用于小儿肺炎患儿的治疗中，能够有效提高患儿的治疗依从性，从而促进患儿恢复，缩短患儿的住院时间，值得在目前临床中推广应用。
Abstract	Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing on children withpneumonia.Methods 300 children with pediatric pneumonia in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020were selected as the subjects of this study. The study was carried out by computer table method and divided intostudy group and control group, with 150 children in each group. Comprehensive nursing intervention was taken forchildren with pneumonia in the study group, and routine nursing intervention was taken for children in the controlgroup.Results The treatment compliance of children with pneumonia in the study group (98.00%) was significantlyhigher than that in the control group (86.00%). The antipyretic time, cough disappearance time, lung raledisappearance time and hospitalization time of children with pneumonia in the study group were significantlyshorter than those in the control group.Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing in the treatment ofchildren with pneumonia in children can effectively improve the treatment compliance of children, thus promotingthe recovery of children and shortening the hospitalization time of children, which is worth popularizing in thecurrent clinical application.
