Objective To explore and analyze the effect of targeted nursing on the compliance of patientsundergoing gastroscopy. Methods A total of 100 patients who received gastroscopy in our hospital from March2021 to October 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study. According to the admission sequence number ofpatients, 100 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group by means of random numbergrouping. The control group was treated with routine nursing mode. The observation group was treated withtargeted nursing mode. The nursing satisfaction of the control group and the observation group was compared andanalyzed. Compliance; Incidence of adverse reactions. Results After nursing intervention, the observation group innursing satisfaction; Compliance; The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly better than that of thecontrol group (P < 0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion In the process of nursing forpatients receiving gastroscopy, using targeted nursing mode intervention can effectively improve the nursingsatisfaction of patients; And compliance; At the same time, it can significantly improve the incidence of adversereactions in patients, and has excellent effects in the process of practical application, worthy of further promotionand application.
