社区公共卫生护理在 2 型糖尿病患者中对 2hPBG 水平的影响

摘要	探究社区公共卫生护理在 2 型糖尿病患者中对 2hPBG 水平的影响。方法选取本社区收治的 2 型糖尿病患者 42 例，按照随机分组法分为对照组（21 例，使用常规护理），观察组（21 例，使用社区公共卫生护理）。对两组的护理效果进行对比。结果两组患者在接受护理后均取得一定效果，但观察组在采用社区公共卫生护理后，其血糖指标、自我管理评分、护理满意度均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在 2 型糖尿病患者护理中，采用社区公共卫生护理能取得较佳的效果，可有效降低其血糖，提升其自我管理能力，提升护理满意度。
Abstract	Objective To explore the influence of community public health care on the level of 2hPBG inpatients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 42 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to the community were randomlydivided into control group (21 cases, using routine nursing) and observation group (21 cases, using communitypublic health nursing). The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The two groups of patientshave achieved certain results after receiving nursing care, but the observation groups blood glucose indicators,self-management scores, and nursing satisfaction are better than the control group after using community publichealth care, and the differences are statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the nursing of type 2 diabetespatients, community public health care can achieve better results, effectively reduce their blood sugar, improvetheir self-management ability, and enhance nursing satisfaction.
