Objective On the basis of pelvic floor rehabilitation technology, the comprehensive treatmentcombined with adsorption point stimulation and manual massage was implemented for patients with pelvic floormyofascial pain and pressure urinary incontinence to improve the pain.. Methods 300 postpartum patients withpelvic floor myofascial pain and stress urinary incontinence were selected as subjects, from January 2021 toSeptember 2022. The control group was given a pelvic floor rehabilitation biofeedback therapy instrument, whilethe observation group was given a comprehensive treatment program of adsorption point stimulation combinedwith manual massage assisted pelvic floor rehabilitation biofeedback therapy instrument, and the treatment resultswere compared. Results On the total efficacy rate of improvement in pelvic floor myofascial pain and stressurinary incontinence, the observation group was higher than the control group, and the contrast difference wassignificant. In the Glazer assessment scale and the pain degree VAS assessment, the observation group had betterresults than the control group, with significant contrast differences (P <0.05).Conclusions The clinical effect ofadsorption point stimulation combined with manual massage in the comprehensive treatment of postpartum pelvicfloor myofascial pain and pressure urinary incontinence is good, and it provides data support for the clinicalresearch of the diagnosis and treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction diseases.
